Tickets may be purchased through Zegfest.com or other official sales channels approved by Zegfest.
When purchasing a ticket, you must provide accurate information, including your name, surname, email address, and any other information required for the event.
After successful payment, the ticket may be sent to the email address provided during purchase or made available through the relevant ticketing platform.

Zegfest may change the event schedule, program, speakers, artists, performers, venue layout, partners, or other organizational details where reasonably necessary.
Minor changes, such as changes to the order of the program, replacement of a speaker, adjustment of timing, or venue layout changes, do not automatically create a right to a refund.

8. Payments
Payments are processed through the payment methods shown at checkout.

Ticket prices may vary depending on the event, country, currency, ticket category, availability, and sales phase.
The final checkout price may include the ticket price, applicable taxes, payment provider fees, platform fees, service fees, or currency conversion costs.
All important costs should be shown to the customer before payment.
