Pricing and Ticket Information
Last updated: 17.04.2026
This page explains how ticket prices work for Zegfest events.
1. Ticket Categories
Depending on the event, Zegfest may offer different ticket categories, including:Early Bird;General Admission;VIP;Student Ticket;Group Ticket;Backstage / Premium Access;Online Access;Partner Ticket;Invitation Ticket;First Basket;Second Basket;Third Basket.
Not every category is available for every event. Zegfest’s current public ticket page uses basket-style ticket categories and shows pricing in GEL and USD, so this structure fits the existing website language.
2. Price Changes
Ticket prices may change based on sales phases, availability, demand, date, event country, and ticket category.
For example:Early Bird tickets may be available for a limited time or limited quantity;later sales phases may have higher prices;tickets sold at the venue may have a different price from online tickets;basket-based pricing may increase as earlier ticket batches sell out.
After a ticket has been purchased, later price changes do not change the price of that already-purchased ticket.
3. Taxes, Fees, and Charges
The final ticket price may include:base ticket price;VAT or other applicable taxes;payment provider fees;platform or ticketing service fees;service fees;currency conversion fees, where applicable.
All mandatory charges should be displayed before payment.
4. Currency
Ticket prices may be shown in GEL, USD, EUR, or another currency, depending on the event and country.
If your bank or card provider uses a different currency, the final charged amount may vary because of bank exchange rates, card provider fees, or payment provider conversion fees.
5. Discounts and Promo Codes
Zegfest may offer discounts, promo codes, partner codes, or special offers.
Promo codes are valid only under the conditions stated for that promo code. Zegfest may cancel a promo code if there is suspected fraud, abuse, technical error, or misuse.
6. Invoices and Receipts
After payment, customers may receive a ticket, receipt, payment confirmation, or invoice by email.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: [Date]
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, postponements, ticket transfers, and event changes are handled for Zegfest events.
1. General Principle
A ticket grants access to a specific event. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you reviewed the event name, date, venue, country, ticket category, price, and refund conditions before payment.
Event tickets are generally non-refundable for personal reasons, unless the specific event page states otherwise or a refund is required by applicable law.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
If you cannot attend the event for personal reasons, including travel issues, illness, schedule changes, visa problems, missed transport, or other personal circumstances, the ticket is generally not refundable.
Depending on the event, Zegfest may allow one or more of the following:ticket transfer to another person;ticket exchange for another date;partial refund;credit for a future event;upgrade or downgrade, if available.
These options must be confirmed on the specific event page or by Zegfest support.
3. Recommended Refund Model
Unless event-specific terms say otherwise, Zegfest may use the following commercial refund model:more than 30 days before the event: refund may be available, minus permitted administrative or payment processing costs;14 to 30 days before the event: partial refund or future event credit may be available;less than 14 days before the event: no refund;on the event day: no refund;unused ticket / no-show: no refund.
Important: this model should be checked for each event country. Local consumer laws may override this policy.
4. Event Cancelled by Zegfest
If an event is fully cancelled by Zegfest or the organizer, customers will be offered a refund in accordance with applicable law and event-specific terms.
Where required by law, the refund may include mandatory service fees or platform fees.
Zegfest will inform customers about:the cancellation;the refund process;the expected refund timeline;whether any alternative option is available;any steps the customer must take.
5. Event Postponed by Zegfest
If an event is postponed to a new date, the purchased ticket will usually remain valid for the new date.
If the customer cannot attend the new date, Zegfest may offer one or more of the following, depending on applicable law and event-specific terms:refund;ticket transfer;credit for a future event;exchange for another Zegfest event.
6. Venue, Program, Speaker, or Artist Changes
Changes to the schedule, program, speakers, artists, performers, partners, or venue layout do not automatically create a right to a refund.
However, if a change materially affects the nature of the event, Zegfest may offer a refund, credit, exchange, or other solution, depending on applicable law and the specific situation.
7. Service Fees and Payment Fees
Some bank, payment provider, or platform fees may be non-refundable if permitted by applicable law and clearly disclosed before purchase.
However, if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, local law may require a fuller refund.
8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:
info@zegfest.com
Please include:full name;email used for purchase;ticket number;event name;order/payment confirmation, if available;reason for the request.

9. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and country.
The time needed for the money to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Invalid Tickets
Zegfest may refuse a refund or cancel a ticket if there is reasonable suspicion of:fraudulent purchase;stolen payment card;unauthorized payment;chargeback abuse;duplicate ticket;fake ticket;already-used ticket;violation of event rules;false refund information.
